This tool converts any IP address to a number and vice versa. It supports both IPv4 and IPv6 formats.
Enter an IP address (IPv4 or IPv6) to convert it to a number
Try these examples:
IPv4 addresses are 32-bit numbers typically written as four octets (8-bit numbers) separated by periods. For example, 192.168.0.1 converts to 3232235521 (192×256³ + 168×256² + 0×256¹ + 1).
IPv6 addresses are 128-bit numbers written as eight groups of four hexadecimal digits separated by colons. Each group represents 16 bits, which are combined to form the complete 128-bit number.
